While he works on completing his new song for the next installment of the Pleasure & Pressure series on Solid Bump, Laberge takes time to re-imagine one of the more beautiful tracks from Daft Punk’s epic second album, “Something About Us”. The original had amazing songwriting and one of the most endearing use’s of “daft” vocals. Here the tempo is increased a tad and the sample bed is laid on top of a bit of a breakbeat.
This is one for warming up your night… or warming up your after, after party… if you know what I mean.
